1. General Terms

1.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of Dating App (hereinafter referred to as “Administration”) and the individual using the application (hereinafter referred to as “User”).
1.2. Dating App is an informational and entertainment resource. It is not a mass media outlet, and the Administration does not edit user-generated content or take responsibility for it.
1.3. The User is solely responsible for all content they post and interactions with other users.
1.4. By using the Dating App, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use and notify us.

2. About the Dating App

2.1. Dating App is designed for entertainment purposes only. Any decisions or actions based on information within the app are at your own risk.
2.2. No commercial activity (buying/selling products or services) is allowed on Dating App.
2.3. The app may only be used legally — users must not violate privacy, intellectual property rights, or any law.

3. User Accounts

3.1. To use Dating App, you must create an account using your real name, email, and password.
3.2. Users are prohibited from:

  • 3.2.1. Creating fake accounts or registering on behalf of others without authorization.
  • 3.2.2. Impersonating others or misrepresenting personal details.
  • 3.2.3. Sharing login credentials or accessing other users’ accounts.
  • 3.2.4. Posting content that:
    • Is hateful, threatening, defamatory, or invasive of privacy.
    • Violates children’s rights or contains child pornography.
    • Shows animal abuse or violence.
    • Describes suicide or encourages self-harm.
    • Promotes racism, fascism, or illegal substances.
    • Contains fraudulent or illegal content.
  • 3.2.5. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • 3.2.6. Engaging in harmful or risky interactions with other users.

3.3. In case of disagreement with the Terms or future updates, the user must stop using the app and notify the Administration.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • 4.1. Comply with applicable laws and the rules of Dating App.
  • 4.2. Provide accurate and updated information.
  • 4.3. Report any unauthorized account access.
  • 4.4. Avoid posting illegal or harmful content, including third-party materials without permission.

Users may also block other accounts if necessary.

5. Content Guidelines

5.1. Users are solely responsible for content they post.
5.2. Users must ensure their content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or legal rights.
5.3. The Administration:

  • May remove any user content at any time, with or without notice.
  • Moderates content for compliance with rules.
  • Responds to reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
  • May delete user accounts violating the terms.

6. Administration Rights and Limitations

6.1. The Administration provides the platform but is not responsible for user content or actions.
6.2. It reserves the right to modify design, services, scripts, and other features at any time.
6.3. No pre-moderation is conducted unless required by law or complaints.
6.4. Deleting a user account will remove all associated data permanently.
6.5. The Administration is not liable for:

  • Technical issues with your device caused by the app.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6.6. The Administration may use anonymized statistical data and target ads using general user activity.
6.7. Admins may access user accounts only in cases required for rule enforcement or legal reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. All services, scripts, and features are provided “as is” without warranties.
7.2. Users download and use materials at their own risk.
7.3. The Administration is not liable for:

  • Data loss or damage to devices.
  • Lost profits or indirect damages.
  • Harm to user reputation due to use of Dating App.
